TELEPHONE SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN POSTAL OFFICE

Gorkha.- 10 April- The Dis. Postal Office Gorkha has been without telephone service for the past almost four months.

The Telecom Gorkha Branch had cut off phone service for due payment of Rs 14,000. The phone service has been disrupted in the postal office for long due of tariff.

Staff at the postal office said they have been compelled to work with their mobile phone after disruption of telephonic service.

The Dis. Postal Office Chief Sudhir Kumar Yadav said 'they have approached their concerned Department for payment of due tariff.'
